As others have said,invite 3-4 times the amount of guys you want to attend,if you want 5 invite at least 15 and you might get 3 or 4 turn up.Men are notoriously flakey when it comes to gangbangs,for example,on my previous profile I organised a gangbang using Fab for a FWB,we wanted 5 guys to join us,I had around 60 men say they were interested,23 said they would definitely come,13 confirmed on the day and only 6 actually turned up in the evening.
I used a busy hotel as a venue as it was easy to get the guys up to the room discreetly,but as you've said a hotel is not an option I'd agree with whoever said rent an apartment,plenty in Birmingham available overnight for a reasonable price.Or use your/her place,although this is something I'd avoid unless you know you can trust the guys attending.
Keep some wipes,towels and plenty of condoms handy,as well as something to drink,gangbangs tend to get hot,sweaty and sticky quite quickly ha ha and keep an eye out for guys trying to avoid wearing a condom as it has been known for the occasional guy to try and slip in bareback  also make sure all the guys are clear on what's acceptable and what's not acceptable,such as where is ok to cum,anal play,DP,things like that.
Sorry for the lengthy post,but I've organised several gangbangs over the years and until you establish a regular trustworthy circle of guys you can call upon they can be hard work to organise.That said,they can be amazing fun and well worth the effort when you manage to make one happen
