they do work for enhanceing your girth, keeping you hard when your mind wanders a little and it does prolong cumming when you do cum its more intense too

they don't stop you cumming tho.

get the right size too loose and you get little or no effect too tight and they get uncomfortable very quick,

steel rings are better than the rubber ones but you need to get right size if using steel

You want it tight but not so tight that your manhood starts to go deep purple. It's always a good idea to take it off for a minute every 20 minutes or so, especially if its tight.

+1 for steel being better but make sure you can still take it off!

Silicon ones are good because they stretch for all sizes and can be worn for long periods of time. If you're ok with that then maybe consider a metal one, just don't buy one from poundland.

I got mine from e b a y, stainless rings,they had them in incriments of 2 mm from 28mm upto over 50mm
