Daytime social dress code

Hi, if I'm meeting someone for a first social, what's the perception for a dress code during the day???

Evenings I'll always wear a shirt and shoes. But would a smart tee shirt and trainers cut it for a lunchtime meet? Just getting in the shower now, so any advice in the next 20 minutes would be most appreciated

Depends how smart the trainers are. I'd more than likely wear shoes myself.

thanks fellas. That's what I was sort of thinking, so it'll have to be a shirt then. In swinging as in business it's always better to be overdressed than under!!!

For a daytime social a smart tshirt, jeans and trainers are perfectly acceptable.

Just so long as you are clean and well turned out and look like you have made a little bit of an effort you don't have to dress up too fancy.

I don't make the rules, just feel it's important they are adhered to. Of course that's the gents designated outfit, I believe it's thong and nipple tassels for the ladies.

Dress in whatever you're comfortable in daytimes. I don't dress up for social meets anymore as I have found men spend the whole time talking to my breasts, so I now wear jeans and keep cleavage covered up. I find men don't usually dress up but wear Tshirts and jeans. As long as it's clean, you don't smell and you brush your hair XXX

As long as it's clean I couldn't care what someone wears for a social. I'm more interested in if we get on.

My last social I wore trainers, odd socks, shorts and t-shirt. It was only a coffee after all.

I can't believe that grown blokes need to ask what they should wear, people take this far too serious I'm sure if you were going on a vanilla date you would know what to wear
