There are probably as many reasons as there are women. It is a preference and as such should be respected though.

I personally like men from around 40 upwards

Depends on the age of the people you're looking at. I'm nearly 40, that's why I don't think 20 is an appropriate age for me to be looking for.

Don't sweat it. It's their choice and they don't have to explain to you. Just accept it. If you cant accept people's choices and preferences without questioning it, you shouldn't be swinging. Some will want to, some won't. Search for those that want to, or log off for 5 years.

Hello OP,

I have children that age, meeting someone the same age as my children feels inappropriate to me.

Also (this is my opinion based on on experience, so please don't take it personally), I've yet to be approached by a 20 something guy who has the emotional maturity coupled with the intellect I need to engage my brain. Without that, sex is never going to happen for me.

Because I have loads 19-20 year old lads that constantly hanging round my house, 1 of them is mine BTW, they are children. I watch them larking about, listen to the shit that comes out of their mouths and it is worrying.

So the thought of having sex with someone that immature is nauseating.

I remember way way back when I was 20 thinking how grown up and mature I was compared to the 18 yr old me..... I also thought the same when I was 25..... and 30.

So I'm sure there are plenty that like them 'young n dumb' and there are even more who don't.

I have played with guys in their 20's and on every occasion it wasn't a great experience for various reasons.

My preference is for people around my own age or older. There is a little flexibility for the right person it not too much. I most definitely won't play with anyone under 30.

There are people on fab who do like meeting younger guys, you just have to look for them OP.

I think it probably is the age gap, considering if you talk to most people ten years older than yourself in real life it's difficult enough! It is pretty hard to get some people to take you seriously/get messages back though

It's 'too' young because I won't consider anyone young enough to be my child or old enough to be my parent. I'm 43 I have nothing in common with twenty year olds.

I'm sorry, I have to disagree with your comment. My partner is 46 and I'm 24. We have lots in common. I don't believe our age difference affects what we have in common.

I do agree with everybody having preferences although I don't believe he was moaning. Just asking a question.

When we're playing in a club, Becky prefers guys younger than herself to be honest.

We found a French guy in a club last week who was just 19 years old. But that really didn't last long as he came in her hand within a couple of minutes.

So that adds to the theory that young guys get too excited, too quickly and to have sex with him would have been frustrating for her.

But without removing her hand, he came again within 5 minutes....

He was a tad embarrassed, but very happy...! He even spent a few minutes getting some tissues and wiping her hand.

As a long term playmate, she prefers her man to be under 40.

You'll make most women feel like they're perving on one of their sons' friends. You'll have more of a chance if you're very mature but meet in person and have an opportunity to demonstrate your maturity over a sustained period of time until you have worked your magic spell. But your baby face will always pose an issue, so you have to be really good and genuinely mature if you want to be a mother-fucker.

None of this applies for cougars. Cougars want to travel back in time and relieve their inner sexually repressed teenager. Now, there is a such thing as the father effect but it's not as prevalent. You've heard women call their name partners 'daddy' or 'sugar-daddy" but you'll never hear a man call his woman 'mum'. I personally don't get much satisfaction from most girls under 29ish because they just on average seem too highly invested in proving themselves and validating their intelligence with petty games that they aren't smart enough to realise are new to them alone. But I'm not an ageist. I'll meet a woman of any legal age, but a woman she will be, not a girl.

Of course naturally there are exceptions to the rule, experience is a measure of maturity, just because you experience something does not mean you are experienced at it. You also gain experience implicityly or vicariously.

I had a meet with someone twice my age, and she didn't move her hips at all, it was like she expected me to do all the work.

OP at least you look older than your age, my problem is the opposit.

Which effects me in work as well as fab.

I remember one couple at a club saying in effect I was too young after turning down someone else (which is another debate for another thread why do people expect men to always say yes). Even though It turned out I was the same age as the female of the couple.

Mrs says 20 is not too young, however she wonders if women may feel at that age you may lack experience?

As a couple we don't really see age as a barrier, but we prefer people of a similar age to ourselves.

However if a younger person was able to interact with us and hold a conversation, then we wouldn't be a t all bothered over age!
