So your on a 1st meet in a pub with new people

It's not going well and one of you wants to end it there

How do you tell your partner?

Do you care if you just say no thanks to the other ppl?

And or how have others bailed on you and did you notice some sort of code thay used

Met one couple who later told us that she would say "did I pay the gas bill" if she wasn't interested

Never meet without a safeword/code word between kev and i, we have to feel able to end things without whispering in corners.

We usually know if we both like the people we meet or not but we do have a little code between us just in case. Thankfully never had to use it!

I always met socially during my lunch hour for a drink so not a problem: I had to go back to work!

Its a lot harder when you meeting solo always meet in public place. I have a safe friend who I always ring she knows everything when going on a meet. She rings me for escape. Only escaped once though second ever meet still newbie organised a meet in in Derby was to meet him outside train station. He was calling me photo of him must of been 20years out of date. I legged it back into station lol funny story but live and learn.

Think I did once when the guy asked his wife if she wanted another drink and she said yes and nodded at him too.

Meant to add to this-if she'd said no thanks coz we need to get back or something then that would have been their code that they weren't interested. I think! I was busy trying to catch mr's eye to do our code. Ms

always meet for a drink and a chat first, in a local near us. always up front about no gaurentee. and always known, there must be chemistry between the wife and the gentleman caller. it goes both ways. so anyone of the party may just say in a friendly manner, thank you, but there is no sexual attraction, buy another round, and part as friends.
