At last a meet, unaccurate pics

After being given the brush off recently for being not old enough i thought i would question it...

Not normally my style, i dont pursue any rejections out of politeltness bit though for some reason this seemed different..

I was told i was too young so suggested to the woman that she should put a filter on to stop us pesky kids messaging...

She then went on to explain that my veris were too club based and that put her off...

I explained that going to club meets is the realistic way for a single man to have a good chance of meeting people and get verification...

Im 6ft 6, good looking and well built (modest too however on fab... Just another bloke...

I won her round eventually, being a tall lady herself it helpedand we got along well and arranged a meet.

Her pics were very nice and thought i had done well to arrange a meet...

She turned up true to her word and was very nice and straightforward. She let me know she had other men to see so could not say yay or nay to me before meeting the rest....

The point is she was a lot larger than her pics suggested... Old pics I think but none the less not accurate and were far more flattering.... Mine however are less flattering and in my opinion i am better in real life...

Surely with fab being fab and us men being constantly rejected it may be good courtesy for women of 'high standards' to represent themselves properly?

There is no need for them to, some men will happily accept a different appearance anyway, so why would they care

mostly people are honest. can understand the disappointment though when you meet someone who is not what they claim to be. hardly happened with me but i mostly look for younger guys who don't need to decieve anyone.

all you can do is not verify someone as genuine if they are not who they present themselves as.

People put pics up that are hopefully flattering. Funny you never said her face never looked any older just she was bigger

I agree that everyone should provide accurate pictures of themselves regardless of how or who they meet

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

One of my biggest bugbears is people using misleading pictures. In this age of instant photos, you could have asked to see a more up to date one. However you are within your rights to feel disappointed.

And whats with the multiple meets being lined up? That's fine if she made it clear before you met, but telling you when you meet? Sounds like she wasn't being very fair.

I admit that I look thinner on my photos here, but I always look thinner on a selfies, but point is my meets liked my body anyway so I'm not too concerned about it

Recent pictures are a must for everyone, fat, thin, old or young, make an effort to get some nice recent pictures, you will get found out eventually if you want to meet people, it saves face to face embarrassment!

There...

I'm echoing the 'everyone should have recent photos if they want a meet' comment. Misleading photos are not confined to women in my experience...

Simple rule:

The closer the boob shot the bigger the girl

Most use angles etc to make the best of themselves, (we do) some however just take the piss, a full naked front body shot is a reasonable request x

She did look older... If the pics were out of date that is a given...

She did not mention the interview /audition process previously and by the time that was mentioned i was a bit dissalusioned.

Ha, supply and demanding, very true.

You are your own currency. Too many people over selling themselves and just as many under selling ( not literelly selling)

Exactly, if a man had done this he would have been torn to bits!

How are they going to trap unsuspecting men, if they have pics of their flabby stomachs, double chins and bingo wings?

It's ok for women to bend the truth on here, but not men. Thought everyone knew that.

I'm waiting for the day that a fella turns up, look at me and says "oh dear" and leaves. (I'm not looking forward to that day I should add)!! My "shop window" is as transparent as I'm happy with. So if she had been interested OP would you have declined?

Seriously... nobody looks exactly like their photos when you see them in person.

I don't think there's anything wrong with expecting your meets to match their pictures. It's why I have such brutally honest ones in my friend's gallery - I'd hate for anyone to be disappointed.

A world of my own

I have disclaimers on my profile. My photos are up to date mind you..

Either way I choose how I wish others to see me on here. I don't think anyone I've met has been horrified by the reality thankfully. Equally I don't think I'm deceiving people either by using flattering angles

I definately look better in my pics than in reality. Hubby takes about 20 pics of me posing with my tummy sucked in. 19 pics will get binned as I look to fat. I guess the fat pics are more accurate though. But guess what - those pics won't be posted! But those who meet he in reality will get the full glory of my fat tummy

Generally I'd say people are straight up as to how they look. Most pics anyone puts up are flattering or them at their best.

I look my best in the summer when I'm getting ready for my hols so those are the pics I use here.

If your pics don't resemble you in the slightest then you're just setting yourself up for disappointment and embarrassment when you do meet.
