Be careful if you havent used one before. I would start with a silicon one, try that out before moving to a metal or similar one that has no "give" could be dangerous. I cant wear a metal one or a hard one as i cant get my balls through unless its bigger, which then means its loose around the base once on (troubles with having big balls i suppose)

I don't use the one around the balls either , ijust use a stainless ring around the base works well for me, but with steel rings you must have the right size, too loose and they have little effect, too tight and it becomes very uncomfortable very quickly,

it does make you harder and girthyer also you cum much stronger,

it also helps keep you hard when your mind wanders during longer sessions
