6ft and 5' 1" here. We don't seem to have too many problems to be honest.

It's difficult to describe our favourite position as a little bit convoluted and hard to explain. Suffice to say it's amazing!

We have a 10 inch height difference, no problems with any positions except 69, which I don't like anyway. It's all good

We have an even bigger height gap, as well as me being a fatty. We manage most positions easily enough.

I am just 5'10" and he is a shade over 6'5". It works mostly but we finally got this contraption from LoveHoney which is like two seperate wedge shaped cushions; one large, the other small and these can be used together in various configurations or separately

Much better now

anything except missionary really. maybe get creative on the stairs if you aren't that flexible and he isn't? him be off the bed or sofa so you can gain some height using the furniture.
