How can I delete my verification from someone's profile ?

The only way is to block the person that gave it to you. The veri will disappear but will stay in the summary.

You could contact admin and see if they will do it for you if you have good reason.

Ask admin to do it for you if it. They may do it if there's good reason to.

On the mobile site you go to account then manage verifications there's an option to display or not on your profile
