I just had a message from our own account

It looks like we have been hacked as the message is personal. Do we need to delete the account or just change the password?

You sure one of you didn't send it by mistake?

I would think changing your password would be enough, but, if someone has gotten into your account, they can keep an eye on you if they want, as you can't block them.
