If someone sends me a message and I ask for a face pic, if I find they are not my type and I say sorry no thank you.

They still request a face pic of me, I don't see point if there not my type!

But should I send of politeness???

What do other people do please.

I do just because it's I think it's only fair if you have already agreed to exchange but if they send one and I haven't already said if reciprocate then I just say "I appreciate the message but you're not my type.

You can do, if you wish to be super friendly. That's likely to raise hopes which won't lead to anything. Hence, no point in my opinion

I think for a woman it's probably best to ask for a face pic with no suggestion of reciprocity, otherwise you'll be sending 100s of face pics out to guys you don't want to meet.

You don't need to no.

If I get a 1st message with a face pic attached asking for me to send one back to them I won't. I never asked them to send the pic in the 1st place, so I don't see why I should.
