messaging spam block

ive paid my subscription, a contact have made on here we message each other all the time have a bit banter, but recently if send to many messages we both get blocked for spamming?? why is this ive paid my subscription?? we should be allowed to message as much as we want without being blocked from messaging for upto an hr at a time??

The only reason you'd get a ban from messaging for a time is because you were talking about something inappropriate.
