chat room trouble

Hi there I can't seem to show or view cams in the new rooms.I've downloaded the software they suggest but still not working.Has anyone had same problem and found the solution ?

Yu may not have passed the "Face Scan" - it's all to do with looks you see!!

No we have not had the same problem.

No we do not have a solution to your problem.

More detail would be needed by anyone trying to help you...

1) Version of Windows and SPk.

2) Version of Internet browser.

3) Flash installed - what version.

4) Direct X installed - what version.

5) Webcam - make and model.

6) Webcam Driver version.

7) list of apps that use your webcam, or could be using your webcam.

Goodlooking, GSOH, intelligent - oh and "real" helpful

I installed flash,it's windows 7,cam is acer crystal eye.cam works in the old rooms.

to be far,I have been sobbing uncontrolably since you posted it,as I am incredibly ugly and I think maybe my face would'nt scan lol

Possibly, but then he has no face pic on show so any comments regarding his face that (I assume) has not been seen by the one making the crack, well that comment should be taken as a joke.
