Best pic for profile picture?

Right so thanks to some awesome advice last night - I'm back!

I was wondering if I could have some advice, as to which of my pics would be best as my profile picture.

Or is it best to regularly change it?

I'd say the 7th June one is probably your best. Decent upper body shot with a bit of a smile. Maybe try and take a few more of a similar style but work on better lighting and framing?
