Trying pegging for the first time.

Hi

Anybody got any advice for us when we try pegging for the first time? Particularly want to avoid any embarrassing mess, how do we make sure it's enjoyable and 'porn star clean'?

I think a good clean diet a few days before with plenty of fibre.

Douching before and perhaps take immodium.

Don't eat a few hours before, douche with luke warm water until what comes out is clean.

Use a Silicon based lube as a water based one tends to dry out, take it slow, find a position that works. Then have fun

From my receiving experience and "best practices" ...

Douche with warm water (not hot, not cold!)

Btw - Porn star clean can't always be guaranteed - If you are going to be digging for gold, don't be surprised if you find nuggets...

Warm up with a butt plug to get used to the feeling...

Assuming you haven't gone for a monster dong for a first time either? Respect your ring limits!!

Silicone lube for me / us - As it doesn't dry up...

Sure it can need a good wash up later, but for constantly slippiness - can't be beaten.

Go slowly, but once you get past that *pop* it's all fun.

Position wise - you might want to go cowgirl and lower yourself on to the strapon... But otherwise, lie on your front over a couple of cushions to present yourself...

(I find the lying on the back, legs in the air can be a bit more 'awkward' as much fun as it is... it's harder to relax).

Oh - Have a tea towel to hand in case.

And yeah... Relax in to it...

And then when you *are* in to it, you can start pushing back hehe...

Just keep talking - Nothing wrong with saying "More lube" and "slower" or indeed "faster"!

From a guys point of view. Make sure you don't eat a few hours before. I prefer salad and light food during the day we do play.

Douche until clean with warm water. Have a shower.

Whilst in the shower use a butt plug. If you can keep it in all the better.

MAKE SURE THE STRAP ON IS OF GOOD QUALITY. Nice and soft. We use a doc johnson real feel cyber skin one.

And defining run ups. Nice and slow and let him back up to you. He can control the speed.

Oh poppers do help

Douche well before, if you start and the urge to go is there, go the bathroom and then douche again relube etc and carry on, repeat if necessary

You can buy douching kits in any sex shop or online. You can buy ones that are a big you fill with a nozzle you put in and squeeze the bag to fill you up or the one I use it just like a little rubber bulb with a nozzle you suck water up with then squeeze into yourself, rinse, repeat
