Always get my messages deleted

I've messaged a few women near to me and always seem to have my messages read and then deleted without a reply.

I appreciate that women on here must get hundreds of messages so I don't know how I can stand out?

Usually they will look at your profile before considering to open your message, so will have likely already decided if they are interested in you or not. If your message is deleted, it's a sure sign that they're not interested.
