I may be reading into this a bit much but I'm currently on holiday with my gf and her sister, her sister is flirting outrageously with me, 5 mins ago Im laying on couch with my feet poking over the edge and she slips past and my foot is actually on her ass cheek, she stays there for a few seconds then moves on. Am I reading too much into this cause I'm having so many mixed signals here!

Who knows. My advice for what its worth is read nothing in to it at all. For one thing what decent sister would come on to her sisters boyfriend and for another what decent boyfriend would do anything about it if she did?

This. Don't encourage her, and don't try anything on. Unless you want the holiday to end in disaster, then go for it.
