Yes I believe so as it's them that have blocked you. You can also block them if you don't want them to be able to view you

She's blocked you for a reason. I'd take a guess she will think she's missing out on nothing special, hence the block.

If she's blocked you it means she's not interested or you have done something to offend her.

No they can't see your profile or your status. Although they are still able to report you if necessary and read your forum posts.
