Does the playing only start after midnight ?

Just wondered which clubs are the best/liveliest on a fri/sat night in the north west. Been to one as a cpl, but it was really quiet both times (bit like being in the pub) and ended up leaving about midnight as it seemed slow to get going, more like a social function.

ideas, advice or recommendations happily received, either by pm or reply here. Thanks.

Some places really are very slow to get started. However, that's not a bad thing at all. Some people have the notion that as soon as they walk in through the door of an adult club it's nothing but sex sex sex all night. Very rarely have we EVER seen that. Most people engage in social conversation first if nothing else out of politeness.

We will get a drink, scope out the other guests, go for a wander to see the venue, engage in polite chat, wander some more etc etc. Why rush?

However, in saying that, one of our most memorable nights was at a club where we were one of only 5 people in the venue. We made eyes with a younger couple, had a 10min chat and then proceeded to fuck and get fucked in every room there with just them. We only took breaks for rehydration

So you never know what the night may bring.

I have found the same thing actually. I am a bit of a lightweight and find that by midnight I want to be tucked in my own bed, alone rather than in a club so I have always left before the fun actually gets started too.

Glad it's not just us! We tend to be some of the first to hit the playrooms and are usually done and dusted by midnight - one.

We are looking to attend a club for the first time next month. We've wondered about how things go as we both like a good nights sleep so probably want to be on our way home around midnight. Hopefully we'll meet some other couples if for nothing more than a social and can arrange to meet another time.

All depends on the environment, the night, the people.... That's why clubs are so versatile for everyone you just never know how it's going to go.

We have been to club f on Saturday night and there has been wet sticky mayhem in every room by 10pm......the very next Saturday it's been social chat on the bar and play rooms empty all night.

You just never can tell.

Us too

We prefer early afternoons/evenings. Sunday afternoons are our favourite playtime. Kestrel's and our local spa are great for afternoons

Plus we don't like being around people who need to have copious amounts of booze to play.. and think we miss most of these people at this time

Generally if a club is slow it takes one couple to set it off...some can be shy but once the ball gets rolling...

If we feel its a slow night dax is quite good at taking the initiative and getting things rolling

Seriously though OP, it depends not just on the club but the people present too. I've known some nights positively filthy by 9pm and others where everyone is still sat around at 23.40 when the place closes at midnight!

Best bet is to start the fun yourself and others generally follow

It can be extremely fast (lots of playing early) or quite slow ...11:30 and just 30 mins to go!!! LOL. Never can tell - but that's usual I think! Mondays tends to be more eenly spread/ less frenetic imho though.
