Who's near by ?

Can somebody tell me when you go on look who's near by .... how close will it say someone is to you because I've seen it say 1.5 miles

But just wondered how close it actually will say ?

Not in Wisbech but near

The closest I have seen it is Within quarter mile. And that was someone in the same room as us.

Closest mine has said is quarter of a mile.

Thanks guys just wondered because we are sitting on a nudist beach in Spain and it's said a few people are 1.5 miles away !!

There's a build in random offset with how's near, so folks can't/shouldn't be able to pinpoint actual locations
