Tip: Private Gallery Pics

This might be a helpful tip for some.

Lately we've noticed a huge reduction in the number of 'out of the blue' friend requests we get from fake profiles (usually 'single woman' with no verifs). We're certain this is down to the fact that we've recently removed all pics from our private gallery. This makes perfect sense, as there's not much point in a picture collector requesting you as a friend if there are no hidden pics to perv at.

there's only 2 in mine, and not explicit at all - you'd see more on page 3! I just get lots of single males, so maybe there's some advantage to your tip

A bit drastic (and sad!).

I have a suggestion. Ask for a picture + timestamp, before letting anyone befriend you who isn't verified.

I don't think its drastic or sad, in my opinion! Do you not think that guys masquerading as women in order to toss it off over pics is just a tad sadder and slightly sick!!?

Well, it's pathetic, but on the other hand many newbie female swingers are shy to put up photos, thus the picture collectors may be putting off real potential female swingers.

Fake profiles will always be around, particularly on a free site, so for us it's just a question of how best to minimise being a target for them. Showing zero pics in the Private Gallery is just one of the tactics we've found effective. It's no big deal, as we simply attach private pics to messages when we want to share (after we've sussed whether the recipient is real, of course - which is a topic for another day)

I have a couple that regular request friendship yet we have never chatted, in fact they requested friendship four times in one week

Yesterday, I got a request from a single guy, since then, he has requested three more times yet on his profile, it says random friendship requests will be deleted

Plus, i thought that the pics in your private gallery were just those set as friends only. if you want them truely private set them as private lol

Yes, with you here. I have pics on my profile for people to look at! If they want to friend to look, thats fine, but I'll delete them if there's no meet arranged after a while.
