How long does the swelling last....

Should start going down as soon as you stop. But normally one or two hours.but don't worry if it takes longer should be back to normal when you get up next day.

Depends how much you do and how often you use it.

Most of the swelling will go in an hour or two. Some of it can last around 24 hours.

I been told it can hurt a bit at 1st but as far as i remember you should get the right fit. As with anything new take it slow a few pumps at 1st and build up. Sorry never used on myself. A baby milk pump can be used carefully.
