I only meet / sent face pics to photo verified people... it seems a lot of people refuse to get photo verified. Should alarm bells start ringing if people refuse to do it??

No...

I'd rather not write my name on a bit of paper & hold it up for a photo...let the alarm bells ring out

Shouldn't make a difference if they have been verified by a meets instead. alarm should ring when they have been on here months with no form of verification

I haven't been photo verified and I don't plan to either, I don't think you should be worried just use your common sense if and when you want to send a face pic to someone

I prefer the option for discretion this site allows, no need to be photo verified to have a good time & meet some genuine good people in my opinion.

It can take more then a few months for people to get verified, Especially Men, But even when people have it doesn't mean they are genuine, Its pretty easy to fake them

only takes one visit to a club the staff will be more than happy to verify you.

Not really, we've not been photo verified. It's not made us any less real a couple. Folk choose not to for all sorts of reasons.

No, been here eight years, I can't be arsed with verifications either. I mostly meet my regular fbs and subs, most aren't on here either. I very much doubt I get less messages because of it. It seems lately that new people are far more bothered by this than experienced swingers. Is it going to be like'time wasters ' a buzz word branded about on new profiles but don't actually use it correctly. As in messaging people wasting their time when the person's profile says they aren't looking for them. Over half of the messages from new people say that and don't forget 'genuine' .

I only got photo verified so I had the full suite of icons on my profile. Whether others are have no bearing whatsoever on whether I meet them or not.

Especially as photo verification is much easier to fake than a meet verification.

We are photo verified but for privacy reasons are requesting the verification pic to be deleted. We have plenty of meet verifications so I don't see what difference the photo verification makes at this point.

Not everyone on here wants to go to a club or has one local which they can visit

It says a face or body pic. I could get anyone to hold a piece of card with my name on, and you'd never know.

Photo verification doesn't say anything about the person...

Verifications by meeting at least shows that you've on some way interacted with someone genuine

I think it does though. Like for example fake single lady profiles set up by men can get a fake verification. Whereas a photo verification should prove the lady is a lady unless it's a very convincing tv.

Or a guy asks a fem friend to hold a piece of paper with his name on it. So he is now photo verified as a women proves nothing. Much prefer to see and read proper meet verifications

Yeah but both photo and meet veris would kind of kill any doubt.

It's so easy for someone to get a friend to do the pic i.e. A man getting a women to hold a piece of paper with his name on now he has a photo verified females account or a single guy. Getting a female friend to do a photo with him now he has a couples profile. Much prefer to see genuine meet verifications.

It seems to easy not to get photo verified... some people are just lazy I reckon! When I get those messages from unverified people I tend to immediately think fake...

Everything is optional so we can do what suits us.

My opinion is:

If your profile is verified genuine by meeting in person it helps a little bit.

If you are photo verified it helps a tiny bit.

If you are a site supporter it helps a wee bit.

Therefore if all your bits are covered your less likely to be called a fake.

Please note - No bits were harmed in the making of this post.

We have been on the site first as singles now as a couple (both with single profiles too) for a good number of years and never been photo verified. If anyone insisted I do anything, they would be blocked. We have enough verifications to prove who we are and what we are about

We don't tend to be bothered as long as the person we are speaking to is either photo verified or has a verification from a meet. Even then, we'd just arrange a social first and would be happy to verifiy them after that. The fact that the verification pic is automatically private also helps those wanting to be discreet
