72 texts, 15 or so phone calls, genuinely felt we were pals, all tastes fit, 5 meets cancelled for seemingly good reasons, last one re-made for today from Monday......and guess what....radio silence.

Profile hidden, but veri total visible, last veri from Monday when she was supposed to be busy on an errand, calls go to voicemail, texts not answered.

Yes things can change but I really thought she would have had the manners to let me know.

Strung along again (much the same thing happened last year). Honestly a bit upset and feel I'm not a very good judge of character. Very close to ditching the whole fucking Fab thing.

Oh dear OP. I feel your pain as I have had similar situations. Unfortunately you have no choice but to just move on. Some you win others you lose.

Don't give up though. Honest there are more good than bad out there.

Just a thought though. I had a verification one time from a guy I met a couple of months prior pop up. I hadn't recently met him. He just decided to write me one months after.

Could it possibly be that?

i've found loads of guys are ok with being a back up and suggest that themselves.

if she is doing that she should let you know. like not arrange a meet with you and say she's got a meet already, then you could offer to turn up if he didn't. that's what loads of my meets do and guys i've not met even.

The only thing we would understand be 5 cancellations is, at best, extremely bad organisation. If someone's life is so complex that they can't organise their diary such that they don't mess people about, they're not people that we feel able to deal with.

Any arranged meet gets one cancellation allowed, due to life sometimes being a bitch. Second cancellation means they don't want to meet.

As someone who has an often hectic life, and times when I hide my profile because I can't be arsed.... I can understand 5 cancellations. But I think the lack of contact and verification which would lead you to think it was from that same day... well that probably stacks up to her not wanting to meet.

It's double rubbish if you have already established a connection, even if only by text.

As for the veris I have had people's weeks later writing veris.

Hate time wasters. Pic collectors. Wierdos and perves but unfortunately there are plenty of them on here.

Even if the excuses were genuine, its very tiresome to get involved with people who's lives are so complicated that they constantly have cause to change arrangements. We find it's best to tell these super busy people that we're not going anywhere, so get back in touch when their life settles down and they are able to commit to an arrangement.

OP ... just had something similar happen on Monday. Radio silence all weekend too. Messaged a few times on kik and here to check all ok... I got a reply on Monday morning saying sorry didn't see your messages, I was on school run. I asked her if she was dropping them off in another country as it's been 3 days. Her reply was..... sorry and then nothing more.

Unfortunately we have a few common acquaintances. ..was told she was meeting someone else by a friend. Fab can be a small world. She's lost 2 other friends as a result and i then got an abusive message saying why did I contact her friend.

Unfortunately these are the worst ones and makes all the recipient's more skeptical.

lots more of multiple options being organised than we're led to believe. Reporting doesn't do much on here either unfortunately.
