I keep trying to delete my sent mail & it keeps reappearing

it might be cached and your broswer hasn't cleared.

try deleting your cache.

Or if you press ctrl+F5 together, it tells your browser not to use the cache (and the upstream devices for that matter, but don't worry about that).

So you should see the "fresh" page.

It this on the phone or computer? On the phone keep deleting messages until the ones you want away have been deleted, then refresh the page. Probably works with both...i only use my phone.
