Patience and ask for a chat with the woman if it's a couple or single woman or even a voice message if she doesn't want to talk.

Write a decent profile. You need to make yourself stand out from the crowd. Show your personality, sense of humour, whatever it is that makes you different and you. Maybe explain why you can't accommodate. Many will assume it is because you are married/in a relationship, and just read the next profile.

It's also a bit rich to ask for face pics before a conversation when you have none yourself, unless you send them with a first message, then ignore that part.
