Hello all you lovely people,

I am in the process of arranging a GB in Ellesmere Port (gay/ bi/ TVs welcome). I was wondering if anyone had any tips or hints to help me out.

I see what the females mean about the number of jerks on here.

Go for plenty, at least half of them won't turn up. Im looking for six, the original shortlist started at 22, but with a month to go, I reckon I'm going to struggle to get the required numbers.

Don't be vague about things, state when, where and what will happen and get the applicants to agree to this.

Unless you have very special reasons not to, go to a club.

You will need to invite massively more than you need because you will get guys dropping out and at least half of those that do confirm the day before will not turn up on the day and half of those won't even bother to let you know. You will have to deal with hundreds of messages. It's a lot of work. One of the attendees will smell and one will be weird and one will try to take over.

We been hosting gang bangs for ten years if you organise them properly the guys will show up we did one Thursday night 30 guys booked in and 29 showed up but there again we are established and been doing them a long time

The only advice I can offer is...if you would like 10 people to attend, invite 20 and expect about 6!

It's all true, it's not easy nailing people down to a certain time, date and location.

It's very hit and miss, we had one, only wanted around 8 guys, so invited 20, bloody 16 of them up, (was a good night though lol) then another time, invited 25, as there were 3 of us, 6 turned up.....it's very hard to gauge, but go for guys you already know, or have met, I find it more successful than inviting randoms.

So I have change the plans and a club meet is defiantly the answer. I also expect the 1 in 4 will turn up so for will invite more than needed and see how it goes

I keep trying but the logistics are a nightmare...no shows ..all talkers or fuckwits or most guys want a one on one first which kinda defeats the object!
