You can either delete partner name but I don't know if you can change to single that way or just create a single profile

Message admin and see if they'll change it; surprised they haven't already as all veris appear to be for you as a solo F, can't imagine they'll question your request.

I reported this profile with a note requesting that it became my own one when we broke up . They did it quickly but it's kept his age on it so I'm older on the profile than I actually am
