I have pics and ive written a fair amount. Any tweaks? Thanks in advance to those with helpful advice

Improve your photos for starters, very bland and even out of focus.

Definitely sort your spelling out and every lady in here has heard that guys 'guarantee' (that's how you spell it) them this and that so if lose that too.

There's others op. You might also want to consider grammar checking as well. Also you can give any guarantee to be the best

OP Try writing i with a capital I. Also you say that you know your way around a bedroom and "outwith". Not sure what that is.

Outwith the bedroom...living room, kitchen, shower haha but i take your point
