We have been back on the scene a while and are wondering if others are having the same experience as us...

Despite being frequently viewed, and in some cases exchanging several messages, nothing further happens.

People stop replying, backtrack on plans or similar.

It's frustrating as we read profiles fully, check verification blurbs and always construct proper messages rather than winning or one liners...

So with all that said, is it the nature of swinging sites now or is our profile crap?

I know what you mean it's an unfortunate reflection of society sometimes

Had an occasion yesterday pleasantly chatting then bang blocked with an insult

Some people have no manners yes it's Sn adult site maybe people also need to act like grown ups

Sorry this sounding like a rant time to stop

It's so easy to get jaded by all this, I suppose like any 'social' platform it has its share of attention seekers

Try one of the organised socials, Barnsley and Yorks are in a couple of weeks and ours in Bradford in April

To be honest OP your profile does read a little negative and ranty - and whilst it IS the aim I guess using phrases like "looking to get laid" would put me off - so perhaps re-word it in a more positive tone.

As well as socials another option would be clubs which is where pretty much all the meets on our couples profile have materialised - check the Club Reviews section for ones near you.

Happens to everyone I think to one degree or another... par for the course I suspect..

Ranty? Hmm I thought it was concise.

We do go to clubs and agree it's how many friendships start.

I assume you are working to arrange for a foursome? A lot of idle chat between couples... Understandably to a certain extent as there are a few different desires and time schedules that need to synch up, sometimes impossible. It helps to ask direct questions like, do you want to meet, when are you free to meet. If you look at your local updates you can see which couples are actually active, they are your safest bet

To me reading 'we want to get laid' talking about the 'wank bank' and messages us if you want to fuck or whatever it said just makes me totally cringe ! Makes you sounds 15 , that would be enough for me to read profile and go no further .. just me being honest before I get loads of abuse .. yous asked and that's my thought .. I would make ure profile sound more matture and inviting x
