I am blessed with the occasional urge to have things inserted in my arse. Dildos, cocks, vibrators, butt plugs and the like. The downside of this is that it can be a bit messy. I have tried douching which at best leaves a watery residue and at worst more mess (sorry but it happens)

Sometimes it is pristine but usually not. If I haven't eaten for a while it is best, but I can't go around fasting on the off chance my bum will pull.

i think i saw a show on pornstars , they said they fast before an anal shoot,

i use a shower,and take the head off, you can either really fill with water so almost an enema with loads of flush or just a a cavity wash out , ok if anal straight away but if you wait then nature takes its course and you fill again

I think the consistency of your shit makes a big difference

If you have solid well formed poos, there is generally less mess

If your poo has a more loose consistency then there is more chance of things turning a bit messy - even after a douche

Not scientifically proven btw - just from experience

My ex is an A&E nurse and has had to deal with people using power showers for cleaning themselves out, resulting in some fairly serious injuries

Op. are you douching lots prior to play?

If so this may be your downfall. You only need to wash out the last part of your bowel.

If you keep repeatedly rinsing you'll get the formed stuff completely clear and there will do nothing stopping the stuff further up escaping.

As your food travels through you nutrients and moisture are drawn out. Clear the area you're playing with and keep the rest in place to hold back the fluid stuff.

Right. That's enough graphic crap!

Fasting is good. Only have breakfast on the day if you're playing in the evening.

You can buy a douche attachment for your shower hose from lovehoney which has an on/off trigger. Make sure you're only using luke warm water. Set aside about half an hour to do it. Don't be impatient.

And just rinse yourself out until it's clear. As someone said above, you may disturb some from further alone the bowel and rinse that out, but that just means you'll be cleaner longer. Be prepared that a few minutes after you think you've finished, you may have to go back to the loo as the water may have drained back. But then you'll just need a small courtesy rinse.

If done properly you'll be clean for about 4 hours, even with a rigorous pounding.

I would say yo try different products n see which suits best. It may cost a bit but we'll worth it... my first douche was crap ( scuse the pun) but found a good one now it's a wider head that sprays water all round seems to do the trick for me. Like previous posts have said tho it can take a bit of time to get thoroughly clean xx
