Can any one advise me on how to party and meet like minded people not very confident

Put a bit more effort in to your profile tell people a little about you and you likes/dislikes and remove all the cock pics. Women and couples don't want to see endless photos of cocks. Face pic or clothed body pics work a lot better There's 1000s of single guys on here so be patient it can take a while for a meet to happen

go to swingers clubs, be sociable - be yourself, engage in conversation, talk about what got you into swinging, ask what got them into this, what are they looking for....

There isn't a guaranteed way. The more successful men on here put a fair bit of consistent effort in. You might find that attending local socials will help and joining in the forums.

York, Leeds and Bradford all have very well attended socials. Why not ask to go on the next guest list?

Our last social was at the weekend, near 100 people attended
