I have a vanilla friend who is having erection probs with his new girlfriend!! Poor guy!! I said I'd ask on here where the best place might be to get some Viagra or something similar. Anyone know? I really feel for him; new relationship, everything going well, but just can't get it up/keep it up!! What a bloody nightmare for him (and disaapointment for her!). Any suggestions? Cheers. Lucy

His best bet is to go to the doctors. He'll need his blood pressure taken and stuff before they can prescribe anything. Failing that if he wants a shortcut and to pay more loyyds pharmacy online.

I would recommend Llyods pharmacy online. Fill in the questions and they will indicate if they think it's suitable. Once approved you can purchase it online.

Play with the dosage though, start with 25mg as quite often that's enough but the tablets usually come in 50mg size.

A friend (honestly!) gets a private prescription from his doc. The local chemist only charges £5 for 8 x 100mg Sildenafil tablets (generic name for viagra) - and he will probably only need to take 1/2 tablet each time. Much cheaper than any of the online services, and guaranteed legit.

Best advice is see the doctor first. Will be put on 50mg tablets and told to take half of one first couple of times to see if that's the correct dose. If its not they will increase it up to 100mg maximum. And he will be allowed 4x 50mg tablets a month. Hope this helps

i don't see why some men find it so hard (maybe the wrong word to use in this case )discussing erection problems with a gp.. it's not like there going to announce around town so and so can't get a stiffy.. though the woman in the chemist that gives you your Viagra may..

Viagra only help with blood flow to the penis .

They will not cure problems with a floppy dick if the problems are anxiety and mentally related .

Often a dick that wont get fully hard or stay hard is because its due to whats going on in the guys head and not a because theres a medical problem that manifests itself with a limp dick.

The best advice given so far OP, please urge your friend to take it seriously. Erectile dysfunction can be an early warning sign of something far more serious going on than not being able to get or maintain an erection...altho I appreciate most guys would see that as pretty serious

Some causes of erectile dysfunction can be serious and even indicative of other health issues. So much depends on his medical history, age etc and just taking viagra may work, but it also may be delaying treatment of something else.

Doctor is of course the way to go to be safe.

Viagra is often not suitable for many causing Flushed Skin, Headaches etc.

If you do decide to go down this route and experience side affects, then perhaps consider "Cialis" which seems to have the same benefit without the side affects.

Viagra or Cialis is for erectile disfunction.

It won't help if your problem is psychological.

Alot of cases of floppy dick are in the guys head not necessarily because of physical problems.

These pills/medication is not a magic cure and will not turn you into some sex stud if thats what you are hoping for !

Doc will give you a private prescription if the blue pill is suitable. You then take the prescription to a pharmacy for dispensing. There is a lot of discretion in what you will have to pay for your prescription. In my experience, Lloyds will only charge a fiver for 4-8 pills on a private GP prescription, but I have read that US-owned Boots will charge £20 for 4, so watch out.

It's an essential amino acid but it increases nitric oxide in the body which is essential for blood flow. It's been seen as the new miracle cure for E.D

To test if this is the problem he can buy test strips off amazon.

Of course this is no substitute for not going to the doctors best to get everything else ruled out.

It won't ever get to be anything to do with E D. Its used for bodybuilders mainly. Its not just for blood flow. Its also got some bad side effects. Plus its not suitable for diabetics (which is the biggest group for E D medication).
