Not sure what to do...

Some guy has copy and pasted my profile! If somebody used my pics I would definitely report it but what about profile text, is that reportable? I'm not happy about it but do I have any any grounds for complaint?

I've had it done to me before I changed my text. Inc all pics. There are some sad sad fuckers out there, with no imagination. Not alot you can do tho.

Imitation is the highest form of flattery as they say. You could be more unique on your text though. These desperate single guys will do anything though. I have had it when they mention my name say were friends etc to try use me as an in. I think if you have blocked a certain sex it would be good if they couldn't view your profile.

Hope admin zap the fake profile, I'd be super irritated too. Had to laugh at your offence over him not stealing photos too, usually that's what causes most offence at being stolen!!

we had a couple local to us do that on our old profile...then they were stupid enough to wink us...not sure if they blocked us after the message I sent to them or admin did after I reported them but their text returned to the semi literate drivel very quickly after that...a friend of ours checked it for us...it wasn't about being flattered by their imitation but that they were misrepresenting themselves using our words...

I've had people copying my text three or four times (from my single profiles and one instance of a website). It is always a little shock to find out. When it happened here it was the funniest - this guy winked me, I started reading his profile and was getting excited, I thought I'd found a kindred spirit! Then I hit on a curious turn of phrase that jogged my memory - it was an older version of my profile Didn't know if he wanted to get with me or just show off his edit!
