WHY NO GREEN FLAG ON some profiles

Were an actual genuine married couple, and I thought it not rocket science to improve our chances of getting a meet, after all we ain't ugly I guess so nowt to hide. Why have so many meet verifd exp swingers never proved they are by photo to site flag verification? It surely only improves your search, so I'm taking anyone without is fake until they show other wise.

a lot of people only use this site to keep in touch with those they've met at clubs. so it's obvious (to those they're keeping in touch with) that they're genuine.

many are paranoid about photos being 'stolen', things like that. if they have meet/cam veries than they are still verified.

Why should it matter if they are photo veried if they are verified my 1 or more in person meets?

A PV is just to prove the gender behind the profile and meet veris do just that also.

So the general consensus is that NOT having the green flag verification is NOT an indication of a fake. You have to consider the absence of a flag in context with other things....like several meet verifications, for example.

Just for the record.

A lot of swingers prefer not to even be on this site. They prefer meeting people through clubs. We have met lots of fellow swingers who are not on here.

We have also met swingers from Germany, Holland, Poland etc when on our hols.

To the OP, if you meet people in clubs would you consider them to be not genuine swingers, just because they aren't members of Fab ? Xxxxx Suzi

You do realise that a face pic isn't required for a PV, a full nude body is also accepted, kinda invalidates your argument.

Are you just looking for an argument? Cos your reasoning is rubbish. One meet could be faked but not loads. Photos are easy to fake.

Making your point erroneous.

People with a green flag and no verification are highly likely to be time wasters and voyeurs.

And possibly it's because people can't be arsed to write their names on whatever and stand in front of a camera etc etc.

PS OP you use the site the way you want to and leave others to use the site the way they want to. The site has stated they will never make photo verification compulsory so you should just leave it alone. Stick your filters on so you don't have to see the non verified profiles.

It simply doesn't prove to someone you defo are real

Are IQs low? Id be a mug to not realise the fakability of people. Esp on a swing site were deception and decreetness are paramount to many swingers. Peep have a motivated reason to hide on here , it's not fbook

In what way does it prove you're real? As has been said: surely a face photo or indeed body photo with a user name etc on it, is easier to 'fake' than several meets in person that can be cross referenced with other people? It's when people say that ALL users must be green flag verified (like your good self) then it does affect me. Until that rule is initiated though, it doesn't. I don't even bother looking to see if people are or not. There are much more effective ways of deciding if someone is real or not.

I SAID .. I take all non flag verifd in my eyes, to be fake or at least non ratified, until I see that flag of photo verif. Or I meet them with My own eyes and judgment. We don't need to do it as we get plenty of meets and are meet verified. This is the way we use the site and it works well for us.

I think it has been adequately pointed out that it is erroneous to use the lack of a green flag as a secure measure of whether someone is fake or real, which is why, with elegant logic, the site doesn't insist on it.

Calling people 'divs' may make you feel a tad better but it makes you look like one too.

I've been on the swinging scene fir around 8 years. And I mean on the scene not just a profile on a website. I've met people posting on this thread. I've been to socials on here and prior to that on another site. I've been to around a dozen clubs in various parts of the country. I've been to countless fetish events.

You've had lots of factual responses pointing out that a photo verification can be faked and that folk prefer other methods such as meet verifications, phone calls and good old gut instinct, using the site their way to find suitable folk.

Have you never heard of photoshop? meet verified means they have met one or more people in real life. quite difficult to fake that, especially if you then follow the chain of verifications.

Anyhow once you meet them you can poke them to see if they are real

I'm probably gonna stay fake then because I'm mainly aiming at the bazillion single or 'single' and you knoooow straight guys on here

That's how I have all my pictures as private, have a really quite rude profile and still get a load of messages.

We've never really got round to being photo verified. In fact I don't think we've even thought about it. With the number of meet veris we have (and only about half of them displayed) I don't think anybody would doubt that we're real, so can't really see the need for it now.

Never done photo veri because...can't be arsed

Got meet Veris, and has always felt to me (rightly or wrongly) like photo veri is just a way to be verified if you are new to the site or can't get a face to face veri for whatever reason, so why the fuck would We bother doing one when We've met and fucked people who have verified us?

It's practically impossible to fake a meet veri, because it's not possible to verify an non-meet verified account and it's not possible to verify an account with the same email or IP address. But we are currently displaying 37 meet veris from 26 profiles. There is no way we could have set up 26 profiles all with different IP addresses and different email addresses. And even then we would have to convince someone who is meet verified to verify one of these fake accounts in order to get the ball rolling with verifying each account. But let's say we got this far. All the verifications would be from a pool of 26 profiles. Whereas in reality if you look at our verifications, our friends have all been verified by many people that have not verified us. If you trace back all the verifications you are looking at hundreds of profiles. This is not possible to fake. We even been verified by a number of well respected party organisers with hundreds of verifications. There's no way we need to be photo verified.

it's in the site database. that's the first place a hacker would go if they wanted to get into anything on a site.

i used to find 'free' music downloads that way on music streaming sites that you couldn't download from.
