Friend invites...

We are getting a bit frustrated with people sending friend invites before even chatting, clearly says on our profile that we won't accept friend invites from people we haven't met. Our public pics clearly show us, we are happy to swap face pics before meeting, again says so on our profile, but our most intimate pictures of us having sex are for us and people we trust. Why do people do this, instead of having the courtesy of chatting first? Its not even sad single males, its couples with nice, genuine looking profiles. Are we just more discreet and concerned about compromising pictures being made public than others?

Why let it bother you? You don't have to accept them, just bulk delete them we do the same with winks and only friend people we are meeting.

I don't even delete friend requests, I ignore them. If you delete they can send friends requests over and over, but if you ignore they can't send another for 30 days. Same with winks.

Don't delete them. If you delete it they can send another. If it's left pending they can't send another for 30 days.

Having said that, it can be a bit embarrassing when I do get chatting to someone and we arrange a meet and I agree to a friends request and it turned out they sent one 3 months ago.

Thing is we do generally want to meet these people, friend request is normally after we've looked at them or winked them, but to go from that straight to the friend invite, particularly when we say we don't do it, makes it awkward...yes we like you, yes we'd like to chat, yes we'd probably like to arrange a meet, no we're not sharing our friends pics at the first sign of interest...

from our experience people just look at the pics and then send the request. Don't even bother to see what your looking for.. really annoying

Same as us. We also have this on our profile. We have found that it's normally the male half of a couple, bored and on the prowel. We don't mind if u want to see our faces, just ask in a message first. Miss C.

This is what we do. They clearly havent read our profile if they send a friend request without chatting first or they have read it and just ignored it. We just ignore them. Jack.

If a couple winks at us or sends us a message, and we like the look of them, we will normally send a friend request in the hope that our paths will cross at a party or club. We can't be bothered to chat on-line, as we find communication easier in person. If our paths never cross then we might eventually defriend. I think there may have been one or two couples who have taken offence at us sending a friend invite in response to their expression of interest. We only meant it as a compliment though.
