"We were at a Premier Inn when the problem first crossed my mind. I'd saw the woman on the desk pulling somebody up the evening before for not being on a booking for a room. In addition to that, the lifts/stairs needed a room keycard to operate so it wouldn't have been possible for anybody to just walk in and straight upstairs." We always say that our friends will be joining us for a while before we go out for dinner or such... we are often asked how many key cards do we need when we check in

"Travelodge and premier inns are best. I really want to book a gorgeous boutique hotel near us for a meet but am not because they will latch on pretty quick to what's going on. " Travel lodge and premier Inn very much depend on location, some city centre ones will check that guests are booked in before allowing entry
