Is trust a big thing when you're not verified by others?

Any tips/advice for a young newbie?

I'm guessing my zero verifications (I'm working on it), puts some doubt in people's minds and it makes me less appealing/trusting to say someone who has many meets? (I'd feel the same way I guess, now I'm writing this).

Getting verified will certainly help, but in the meantime make sure your pics and profile text are as appealing as possible. Your ability to accommodate will help.

It wouldn't hurt to have a few more but don't go crazy. One or two tasteful body pics beat 87 cock pics any day.

OP you have one of the biggest swinging clubs in the country right on your doorstep, the attic.

Just pop along one evening, get chatting to people and ask them to verify you.

As a single woman who only meets single men, I have never relied on verifications in my choice of partners. Some people set great store by them and some don't.

I prefer to base my choices on personal interaction with guys thro messaging via fab.

When it comes to trusting somebody I still do not think that verifications are the be all and end all, I prefer to trust in my own judgement.

Verifications do help although you being on here 2 weeks means you're still in a honey moon period but your best bet is to go to a social and get verified there.

Verified people have history (veries) to check but that doesn't necessarily mean they'll turn up!

Veri's help in as much as they confirm you are genuine. That's more important for couples, as lots of single guys set up fake couple profiles.

The most important thing is to be friendly and talkative, which you already seem to be doing. A club is a good way to get verified. You don't have to play; just chat to people and they will let the world know that you're a decent chap! You're not far from the Attic, so go along and give it a go. We're planning a visit in the near future - if we see you there, we'll verify you!

I don't have veris yet because I was looking for something very niche in the begining and I have turned down a number of people. Sometimes I wish I'd have just met them to get a veri. Lol.

I'm sure it helps but l just have my verification photo if they doubt I'm real (which has happened)

It's very easy t get verified at a social. Most of our meets aren't play meets. We are also niche so won't readily find what we are looking for on here. That comes out after conversing face to face

I will take a chance on an unverified guy but only after a lot of testing.

What is a worse scenario for me are the 2 year plus people who have no veris showing and say "I never show them, personal choice. I don't want others knowing my business"

It will matter to some more a than others ,a social event is a good place to get yourself known.

It seems the common consensus is to go the the social as you mentioned.

That's very kind of you. I will have to check it out then....... sweaty palms probable!
