Follow him constantly, even if he says he is just going to the bathroom. Activate his find me feature on his phone and track his whereabouts when you can't follow him. Catch a sexual disease and see if the other woman gets it as well.

4 fetch molegrips from bedside drawers

I dont mean to sound insensitive to your situ or come across as rude but why are you asking this in an open forum?

If you have trust issues with him (assuming it is the male half who's done this) then you may want to clear it with him in person. An open forum of suggestions may not necessarily help and may cast further doubts and questions in your mind which could affect your relationship.

Maybe im a bit backwards in my thinking but when you both started swinging there must have been an element of trust with each other to play with others but be committed to each other, maybe you need to question whether swinging is agreeable to you both and what the boundaries / limits are for you both.
