What do you do if someone recognises you and makes it public? Is it against the law? Thanks

It happened to me (Mrs) i just messaged them back stating that they are on here too and if they wanted to make my life difficult I would simply return the favour. I then blocked them and have not heard a peep since.

It isn't illegal.

But if they copied any intimate pics you have on here and shared them, that I believe is covered by the revenge porn law.

There are revenge porn and privacy laws but i don't know enough to advise. You could approach the police and see if they would look into it.

You do take the risk of being found if you have your photos publically available online. Anyone can join the site and see them.

Don't forget the person who has outed you may want to keep the fact they are on here private too. By making trouble for you he/she may also be making trouble for themselves. How would they know you use an adult site if they don't use it too?

Aren't you only covered by this through sending pictures privately. I thought it might be different if you have willingly uploaded them to the Internet as we have.

this happed to me too as and they put it all over the Internet and Facebook so I went to his and put him all over is livingroom I no it was wrong but made me feel better

The police can be very supportive if youve problems from anyone - never be concerned about getting their help and advice. Swinging and sex is fully legal of course.

when i joined site three years ago someone told me - if u put face pictures up for public view you have to think its a matter of when not if someone you knows see you that knows you.

He did and someone sent them to his wife who knew he was on here and his work who didnt

im more worried about my kids friends etc than my equals

It's only illegal if they try to distribute your pics for financial gain or if they use them to extort something from you.

They can also fall foul of the law if they use this to harass you

As with any scenario just balance the risk.

It is possible to swing with no public pics.

But if you are a single guy I can't see this being any worse than tinder or pof.

In a way it's better as it's not as well known.
