I'm on the site as a "single" man with some pics of myself and my lady uploaded

Recently I attempted to upload some photos of her alone and I was blocked because I "was not in the photo"!

Is that a rule??

Yes, the profile holder has to be in all of their pics. If it were a couples profile then pics of just the woman would be fine.

If you are on here as single man why would you want to upload pics of her ?

Yes otherwise you wouldn't have got that reason for it to be rejected

It is illegal to post compromising photos of someone without their consent on this or any other site. If you are on fab as a single man there is no way of verifying that the lady has given her consent - your word is simply not enough.

https://www.fabswingers.com/articles/photo-rules

The photos must be yours and you must be in the photos. You must be in any photo you upload. This means that photos of your bike/car/dildo collection for example, will be rejected unless you are in the photo too.

The man hasn't said he doesn't have permission.

It says you must have permission on the upload page so Admin assume there is permission before they load.

It's a single guys profile so why should you want to update pics of a female

To be honest. I think the avatar should be removed as to be honest it shows more of the female then it does the op.

Sorry - I don't understand your point. The consent of the woman is essential in law. Fab has no way of confirming that a woman has given consent if that woman is not registered on Fab.

The one photo you have on public display is over two years old. Have you not managed to take a single one of yourself in all this time?
