In all seriousness, should I delete my account?

Jump to newest

By (user no longer on site) OP

Ok, so I've been on this a while. I've been nothing but pleasant and polite, and I've made genuine effort when messaging individuals. I've posted many meeting offers, reached out to people and taken part in forums and chats. I have pics that are on friend only, just not public. I think it's definitely clear that this just isn't the place for someone inexperienced like I am. My ultimate hope was that I would find someone who liked and was even turned on by being my "first". But it seems like this just isn't the place.

I've enjoyed my time here and talked to several genuinely lovely people, but in all seriousness should I just delete this account? Is it a waste of time, especially in central London where the pool for guys to pick from is much larger.

I'd appreciate any genuine thoughts and not just trolling :P

Cheers!!

What would deleting your account achieve?

You seem to have gone about things in a good and positive way but as you've discovered that isn't always enough. Would approaching things from a different viewpoint help? I.e. just looking around, learning and enjoying interacting?

I would say less than 10% of our meets come from this website, it's so much easier to connect in person. We'll head out to a club and by the end of the night we have 3 or 4 future dates arranged.

You get out of this what you put in.

I have had meets from here, but most of mine have been from parties and clubs. I widened my circle of Swinging friends and it worked much better for me. Try it, then use this account to keep in touch rather than the focal point of your Swinging adventure.

Agree with all the advice above. Clubs are your best bet. We've had a couple of meets off here, but in a club there's no pressure, just be friendly, open and polite and you'll get a lot further than on here. It's worth doing, trust us, and good luck x

Virgin.?

I would of thought you be gang banged by this crowd. ha

Maybe a club would be a good start though if you lack confidence and bit shy.

I'm sure their pretty use to newbies at these places and make you soon feel welcome.

Good luck buddy.

I do agree to the opinion above.

You have tried every possibly thing to improve your profile. The time for you now is to show yourself and prove who you are.

Definitely trip to a clubs

Or just delete and forget

If you don't feel it's working for you OP, then perhaps you should.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but, from what I've read on the forum in the past, I very much doubt that your lack of experience is going to appeal to most, if indeed anyone on here.

I can, of course, understand your position. You're being honest about your experience etc, but consider that people of fab are here for THEIR enjoyment. It is unlikely they are going to want to go out of their way to pop your cherry.

Of course, there may be one or two people who might, but they will certainly be in the minority.

Perhaps try approaching this from a different angle.

Most people will probably consider you fairly inexperienced at your age anyway, but think about making yourself more appealing to others by mentioning what you can offer.

I'm assuming that during your time here you've been following a lot of threads in the forum, so perhaps you've picked up some ideas along the way.

I have seen comments in the past suggesting that perhaps fab isn't the best way to go about losing your virginity

I would re-write your profile because it sounds a tad negative to me. You could say something similar, but better. Exactly what, that's up to you but give it some thought.

I'd go to a club as well.

OP it has always been the case that men are happy to "deflower" virgins, whilst women aren't so keen - especially on fab. We are mostly highly sexual ladies who want fun with experienced people.

In my lifetime I have had sex with two virgins and on both occasions it was a bit crap and over far too soon. No man or woman is a good lover right from the start, you learn how to please your partner with practice. You are more likely to do that in a relationship with someone you meet out in the real world. The ladies on here, me included, are here to seek out our own pleasure and not to teach.

Whatever you decide good luck x

Thank you very much for the advice It seems like the general consensus is to go to a club, but I thought that was a big no - no as a newbie. I thought they would be pretty tight knit, almost secretive groups lol. I guess I was wrong! It seems a bit high pressure for a first timer, but I will look into it thanks again

I don't know what has prevented you from losing your virginity in 'regular' life, but whatever it is won't be resolved by the swing scene. If anything it will be harder for a sexually inexperienced man to get sex via the swing scene than in vanilla life. So whatever has prevented you getting sex in normal life, try and resolve that first. If you are still interested in swinging after you have gained some sexual experience then by all means give it a go again. Just my opinion.

Your username and profile suggests that you live off Edgewere Road but being from around these parts, I'm not sure such a place exists. If you try Edgware Road then maybe there is a queue of confused ladies waiting there? Just a suggestion......

It may be best.....you have been here over a year and drawn a blank.

That in itself will count further against you.

But come straight back....with a new profile and a new approach. As others have said...get your self out there and make an effort. Go to a few clubs. Put yourself about. Get yourself known

And drop the "please fuck me because I'm a virgin" bit. It makes you sound extremely desperate. [even if you are keep it under wraps...it clearly doesn't work]

I want experienced filthbags to fuck the shit out of me, I'm afraid that fucking a virgin isn't what I want from here in any form. I've fucked a few in my youth and it was always shit! Sorry but it's true.

Not sure swingers are the best course of action for you. Why not get yourself a nice girlfriend that you feel comfortable with and take it nice and slowly with someone that loves you.

Even experienced filthbags have trouble getting it up around me (I'm clearly too fucking hot, they go into panic mode!) and you certainly wouldnt want your first time to be a bad experience with stage fright involved. Surely a loving caring partner is going to be more appropriate.

What do I know though everyone's different!

Op you will not give up and delete your account....

Winners find a way to win and losers always find a way to lose.

Let's look at the positives things about you.... you're 24 , work , can accommodate, and independent.

These are your selling points... Use them to your advantage.

Step 1 - I would suggest putting up a meet today just for lunch or coffee. Do this daily but make it clear no sex. Some one will say yes and you will get your first meet verification.

Step 2 - Go to a social , make sure you say hello to everyone at that social. Male , female, and couples. This is very important because someone will verify you.

Step 3 - Ask everyone that verified you to meet you again. It could be anything from another social, going to a club , or a sex meet.

I know most of you forum veterans like to give advice on these threads but the rewrite your profile, change your username, go to club advice is past its sell by date. Let's try to help the new people, with new fresh ideas because we were all new at one time.

OP if you are going to persevere, I think you should keep the fact that you are a virgin to yourself. Firstly that's nobody's business but your own. Secondly it's probably turning people off.

Depends how you feel about it.

If being on here is making you unhappy then yeah, delete.

Otherwise, don't treat it too seriously and just see what happens. Don't see it as something where you should be meeting women left right and center. Have low expectations and you might be pleasantly surprised eventually.

Your profile is honest, well written and good. Its not a 'fill in later' or text speak. People are maybe a little put off about your inexperience but at a social night out that doesnt matter, its how you come across that will make people want to take a chance on you. There must be a fab Xmas social near where you are surely? Or a club even to go socially first time, just to meet people.

Good Luck OP, and hang in there - there will be someone willing somewhere.

This is why I stopped swinging.... the amount of people who can't see the difference between sex work and swinging is shocking.

The young man wants to experience swinging and join a community . not hire a woman for sex or hire a woman to escort him to a club.

If he really genuinely wants to experience swinging then fair enough. But as a virgin he just may be wanting to experience sex. He doesn't actually say what he wants to experience and I think people are concerned that a swing site is not a suitable place to lose ones virginity.

But you raise a valid point about the difference between swinging and escorting. Not necessarily the OP, but there are a hell of a lot of men who seem to use this site in the hope of getting a similar service that one might get from an escort agency but without having to pay for it.

As always you'll get conflicting advice.....

So feel free to ignore mine.

It's hard for single guys to get a meet so one year in with no meets might be seen negatively. I'm not sure it's that unusual though.

I'd suggest a few more public photos, you don't need a public face pic, definitely have a couple in your private/friends gallery.

Always send a face pic with a first message. Keep the first message personal to the person you send it to. Do not send a cocktail pic or fancy a fuck message.

Your lack of experience could be a contributing factor. It's good to be honest, but maybe change the flavour and feel of your biog.

Personally I'd say it's a little short and possibly doesn't showcase your personality.

If trying a club is daunting have a look in the meets forum and look for a group social.

They're a great way to network and meet people, with no pressure.

If you decide to delete you've lost nothing. If you want to carry on with Fab maybe write an entirely new profile biog, get some more photos. Then delete this account and reopen a new one with the brand new super deluxe you.

Whatever you decide to do, good luck.

Cheers!!"

I feel that way

OP seems to have disappeared off the thread, but has posted on another and done a status for a 'meet now' type thing. I'm sorry to say I'm moving towards the delete profile option.

OP you need to get in touch /reply with the poster who has invited you to London based socials, or rethink the purpose of being here. Sorry if that sounds harsh.

Only you can decide, I'd never rely on the fab forum for advise on whether to delete your own profile.

Ps if you get a sympathy shag out of this post let me know so I can threaten to leave

I'm really not sure a swingers club is a good start for someone in the OPs situation.

I'd say yes.

Well maybe just find a regular date and leave this dormant.

When I was 18 a doorman stopped me going in a pub because I was wearing trainers, so I've not been in a pub since

"Don't lose your virginity in a club!

Delete your account and go and interact and meet people, lose your virginity after some conversation.

Not with naughty greedy girls like me who could strap you down in to all kinds of kinky apparatus and do naughty things to you.... "

That sounds really good
