How long does in normally take for admin to remove a verification

I received a "met in person" from someone i have only chatted to in a chatroom and not even on cam

I want it removed from my profile so that i can keep my verification summary visible rather than hidden

i asked them to remove it this morning

You could block the profile and that would remove it straight away.

Are you trying to have your summary such that you've never met in person at all? Is that your aim?

If you don't mind the summary showing you've met someone in person, just don't display the veri.

Up on them there hills

What about putting a clause/sentence in your profile that says. 'I will only display verifications that are indicative of our meet/interaction.'

Might just tidy things a tad.

Just hoping admin remove it for me - people really shouldn't lie and say they've met someone they haven't

Why should she have to do that? People shouldnt give out false verifications in the first place, its dangerous for starters

We had a veri from someone on our friends list whom we hadn't met. I did wonder if we had met him at a party he hence the veri, but when I messaged him to ask if we had met he said he'd got mixed up with another couple. We just didn't display the verification, which is no big deal because we don't display a good half of our verifications, and many of our verifications we didn't really want anyway because they were written by people we barely know who we may have had a 5 minute conversation with at a club. One more didn't really make much difference.

Also veri summaries can be nonsense really. I've been asked by 2 people to rewrite their verification because I wrote something that stopped them in it. Upon rewriting a verification for the same meeting, if the summary was to be taken as a literal and truthful account of numbers of meets, then these people will have 2 meets from us reflecting only one meet. But they simply display the veri they want and don't display the other other one.
