sending pictures by private message

I have noticed more and more that sometimes when people send pics attached to their message it isn't although the indicator on message says it is. Is this a common thing with everyone and are the admin peeps aware of it?

yeah it happens loads to me, i thought it was only when viewing the msgs with pics on my phone but it happens when im logged on laptop too x :-s

I've had it when people have deleted the pic or if they have deleted their account by the time i get round to replying.
