Kids finding out you are a swinger?

South Wales, will travel to Hereford, Worcestershire and Shropshire

Has any here had their kids finding out that you are swingers? How did the conversation go after they caught you out?

We have friends whose children know about their lifestyle. Itself not a problem for them except that every time they go out their children think they are swinging.

Its the friends of their children that are a problem, especially since some of them are on the site as well.

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I discussed my lifestyle with my daughter once I thought she was old enough. Better than her finding out accidentally.

My eldest knows. She's 17. To be honest, she didn't care when she found out. It was like I'd told her I'd just did the dishes. Completely non plussed haha. Her generation is a lot more open minded than mine was growing up.

My daughter knows, I sat her down and explained that conventional relationships were not for me at the moment. She knows I am happy and safe. She also saw me in a very unhappy marraige.

My daughter was 20 when she found out by reading texts on my phone. I am appatently a 'pervert' and she hasn't spoken to me in nearly three years except to demand money. I haven't told my son, I want to keep one child speaking to me.

What a bloody shame. We are doing nothing wrong & definitely not perverts. Well most of us aren't lol. We will tell our daughter if we are still at it in a few years. She's 15 at the moment

Our eldest (18) knows and has even baby sat for friends when we went out with them. As long as she doesn't get any details shes ok. She knows we have a Fab profile as she benefitted from the Love Honney discount when she wanted some thing. Our youngest 16 doesn't know but we'll be up front when she turns 18.

My eldest does....but as far as I know hasn't told her sisters....all adults now and live up north near their mum (not sure if she knows, don't really care).

I've a friend on here who's older kids all know. Not sure about her youngest son. They know how I know their mum too. Eldest daughter has been and stayed a naughty weekend with me as a result. I even took her to Xtasia on her 21st. Her second daughter has introduced me to her friends at Butlins Minehead as a "family friend" when I went to visit her in summer.

Some people find it easy to be open with their children...some don't. I understand all sides of it.

Told my eldest (19) that we started hosting events at the club we go to and she said 'is it a swinging club?'

Silence

'Erm yes how do you know?'

'Saw T (OH) in the paper mum you went to swingfields yeah ? Just didn't know how to tell you'

Kinda like the fact I can walk out of the house dressed in my undies and no questions asked now hahaha

My mom knows but hey shes my babysitter and my daughter shes only 8 but i think when shes old enough i would be open with her same as i would about being bisexual so if she ever had feelin she was lesbian or bi it would be easier for her to talk about it.

We brought our kids up to be broadminded, they grew up as naturists, they have friends of all sexual preferences and colours and we've witnessed them arguing with bigoted people and have been proud.

But.

When we started swinging they asked where we were dissappearing to, and after the stuttered not quite tallying replies their radar was on full power.

One of them borrowed C's phone and there was Fabs and the cat was out the bag.

We've never been judgemental or overprotective with them and it seems to have paid off as though they are concerned about us they seem not unduly bothered,in fact seem pleased that we are still enjoying life.

My eldest daugher did out right ask me once i just replied "the day we sit down and talk about your sex life we'll talk about mine" she hasn't asked since

I don't feel i need to tell my children such things

"Im totally open, sex shouldnt be shameful!"

And i also never get why some people think that all because you don't want others knowing your private affair its because your ashamed

I have no shame in meeting guys off here for sex but my children will always be my kids no matter how old they get and as their mother i have no intentions of discussing my sex life or when i meet men i fuck with them, i just dont feel for me thats appropriate

And that does not mean i have a bad relationship with my kids or that we are not close, its just not a subject i discuss with anybody

All my kids know but then we are extremely open and it works for us

I started by saying I was going to a health spa (in my defence there is a jacuzzi and a sauna !! And there is an occasional massage and facial available ) but then my 14 yr old found my membership card and told me all about it they aren't bothered in the slightest especially as it's safer to go to a club than it is meeting men in a pub.

In your bed

Our kids are far too young to be told. No intention of telling them either.

I have never felt the need to disclose each time I do something. I know some people love to share every bowel movement or what they had for dinner on Facebook. For me the answer for when we go out is that we simply went out with friends.

That seems to answer most queries about our limited social life.

All my family know what and who I am including parents when they were alive. my personal belief is if your ashamed at what you do don't do it. don't push it in people's faces. Respect all around you in any environment. Be safe and enjoy

I was chatting with a girl and the first time her and husband ever graced a trip to a club... after much 'building up courage' the first sight she was greeted with was her parents at the bar... luckily fully clothed.

I think you will get very different reactions from sons than daughters for mums. Daughters will tend to be more open about it but no son will want to know is that their mum has sex with randomers
