It's an interesting point - fwiw, I think you could hide half of the action shots and still have a great set of pics.

An interesting topic and views so far. For us it has to be about your personality coming through in a photo but not everyone can pull that off.h I've fan of black and white but a filter is only half the picture, it must tell a story. A good point was made about not showing much of the male have and I/we are guilty of that.

I generally take most of the photos because it's a little hobby of mine and being here is a huge confidence boost for her. I'm not to bothered about taking any of the limelight. Without looking I'm not sure if we currently have a single photo of me (Mr) set to public

Yeah likewise my hubby loves taking the pics and believes it is the female that really sells the couple for want of a better word. I keep putting his pics up then he sets them to private obviously not the exhibitionist like me! Xx

Not for us to say which is best, after all, this is a swinging site full of people with various fetishes and kinks. So can't be to shocked that some like the old "readers wives" poses, extreme close up of big clunges and just terrible photography techniques. It's all fair In this game, but I prefer our shots to be fun, sexy, and quality. The more raunchy shots are for personal messages and to be seen int the flesh.

We have couple photos and our profile is of both of us but as we do not live together there are more of me as tasks I do for him. Some I hang out and so does he lol and some I'm clothed. Depending on task or mood I'm in to surprise him with a pic lol

Like somebody previously said, tastes differ per person. I don't particularly like very close up genital pics but I do like a good black and white picture. I would say a lot of pictures on here do not portray a true picture of the individual. I am probably guilty of that but to be honest I am trying to look good, I don't want to see my self with my podge sticking out so why would I expect others too x

We try to have a selection of pics...some ( ok mostly) of her and some of me ...some fun ones and of course a few of us together...friends only generally has our face pics in...we usually skip over couples profiles that only have pics of just the girl...or just a cock shot..because if that's all you are willing to show then your probably not who we are looking for anyway..a boob is a boob as much as a cock is a cock...seen one you have seen them all...but everyone has a different body...and that's what we look for..good body shots..gives us an idea of proportion,if the guy is hairy or not,and boobs and willies are by in large attached to bodies...so why not show the whole package??? And just to be clear it doesn't necessarily have to be nude shots...

Nonsense, there are plenty of pics on here nicked from other websites, that rule would just add to it. Our profile has no nudes or exposed genitals but I think our veris demonstrate we're none of the above. Leave people to run their profiles how they want.

I think a nice mix of photos is always good, showing how a person/persons look in everyday life with also a glimpse into their world of naughtiness.

I also believe that people's photos should be honest as with their profiles, if you desire and enjoy certain things, then your photos should reflect that, hopefully mine do.

I think the OP's photos are awesome, if anything i just think there's too many but thats just me, i prefer a smaller selection of well taken shots.

I don't find any particular type of shot off putting really but I prefer fairly tasteful shots with a bit of thought put into lighting and angles (not that we're experts!)

I did have an explicit cock shot the first few days we were on here. Even though i'm not playing i felt i should as we still come as a couple and C was baring nearly all. however I quickly got the feeling it was putting people off and swapped it out for a more tasteful shot of my back. Way more fabs and more in line with where our interests lay, and in terms of the type of people we're hoping to attract it seems to be working.

The amount of couples in particular that take unimaginative, badly lit, and unflattering selfies is baffling to us though.

Just get your partner to take the bleedin' photo!
