we have been married for 25years and have a great relationship, I need some advice , I really want to try swinging and need to put it to the wife,not really sure how she will react, I need some advice from you women how would you react ?

How I would react isn't going to help you. My advice would be sit down with her tell her you love her and explain that you would love to get in to swinging. Listen to what she says, answer her honestly, discuss any worries she might have. This may take weeks or even months and the eventual answer might be no.

You have a good relationship so I'm guessing talking will be easy to initiate. Good luck

You know your wife better than any stranger on here would. So you will already know if she's receptive to pushing sexual bounderies or not .

Communication and openness are the key .with out that any couple entering swinging are doomed to fail . Talk to her ,discuss her fantasy's and wants . I'm sure you'll be able to read from that is swinging would be possibility or not . If not then you just need to accept that .If she shows an open attitude then baby steps and just let it develop naturally at her pace . If you force anything then you will end any hopes of her joining you here.

On a personal note may not be best that you are already on here for some time as a single guy .

When you say a great relationship, does it still include great sex? Is she adventurous with you? Has she ever shared a fantasy with you of wanting to explore sex with other people? Does she want to expand her sexuality?

It looks like you've dipped your toe in the water...how is she likely to feel about that if she found out?

Swinging as a couple takes an enormous amount of communication and deep underlying trust...do you have that?

In the end-this is your fantasy, your desire...only you know her well enough to have an idea of what hers are...try introducing some fantasy play when you're having sex, share some porn that shows what you're fantasising about and guage her reaction from there...

Just be aware of 2 things-if her reaction is negative to any idea of swinging...you can't then try to pressurise her into fulfilling your fantasies at the cost of her own and swinging and swapping if that is what you're looking for is one of those things that once you've done it, it can never be undone...you have to be very sure of your relationship for it to not have a profound effect on your relationship going forward-positive or negative...

But if she's the monogamous type, then maybe she won't take it as well.

You know your lady the best, what do you think she would like? A quiet chat over dinner, or pillow talk maybe, saying how much the idea of sharing her, sharing things with her would mean to you?

We'd all react differently as believe it or not, all women have their own minds and differing opinions, so you'd need to talk to her to find out how she would react.

married for 25 yrs and you cant talk openly about your sexlife ?

just get her in a horny mood and ask her if she has any fantasys she would like to try and promise you wont laugh and do anything you can to make them cum true, be carefull she may ask you to do something you don't like, but a promise is a promise, this may not lead to swinging but it might open other doors in your personal sexlife

Lots of advice here about how to approach the subject with your wife and all of the constructive advice is spot on but have you really thought it through yourself ..... being on here as a "single" man is one thing...... the reality of watching your wife with other men is a whole different ball game ... it really isn't as simple as just "getting her into swinging"

Why do 'single' men do that? They are on here as single and get meets for more than 12 months then ask about getting their wives into it. To us it doesn't seem a good basis for any trust. This is one of the reason we like to meet real couples.
