I'm posting this after a comment about women in male profiles' pictures which I saw on another thread.

My own profile, as well as shots of me includes a couple of pictures from meets, posted with the approval of those involved.

I've used them as a kind of proof of swinging life, to show others that I do meet rather than being a mere wannabee. There's also a picture of an outdoor meet, as this is something I enjoy.

But recently I saw a comment that pictures of women have no place on a single male's profile. My view is that the person who said that is entitled to their view, but I wondered if you're a single woman or a couple, does seeing them put you off rather than have the effect of proving I'm the real deal, as I thought?

Look for advice from women here but don't listen to everything they say. Online bring out the worst in both genders.

Out of interest how does a pic of a woman in your profile prove you are real swingers as you mention?

I guess I thought they did, because the pictures were taken of me and the ladies involved by their husbands....but I admit it's not cast iron!

There and to the left a bit

I know some women don't like to see pictures of previous meets in pics and would much prefer to see well taken, tasteful shots of torso, chest, bum etc - guess it comes down to a primal thing of it coming across as showing off previous conquests that some find off putting.

Not sure why you'd need pics of previous meets to "prove" you're genuine either OP - isn't that what your veris are for?

I rarely ever meet single men through profiles on fab. However, I do find pictures of women on a single men's profile very off-putting.

I find it quite tacky and very much a turn off, to be honest. I don't need to see that.

For me, it's the female equivalent of men objecting to all out genetalia-being-splayed-out-for-all-to-see photos. Some like it. Some don't.

It ain't my bag of nuts.

Freudian slip with that last sentence or brilliant play on words? Either way made me chuckle

Pictures of women on a blokes profile put me right off. If I wanted to look at pictures of people having sex I'd go watch porn. If I wanted to meet a woman, I'd search for a woman. If I have searched for a man, it means that I'm looking for a man.

if a couple can show other people in their profile during playtimes then its no different for a single(of any sex).

I'm quite vocal on this, and whatever the reason I display(or my meets display pics I'm in on their profile), its of no concern to anyone else..if it costs me future meets with those that dont like it, so be it.

end.

You dont need to prove yourself to anyone, if someone doubts you then are they worth meeting?? If i search for a single guy then i expect to see a single guy only in his pics

Chicken dinners.

Yes one fabber took a cock shot with a chicken dinner box complete with chips. He also had a remote control beside it too.

It was not, may I say, a sky remote.

No sky remote? That man was just damn rude....

Very, very easy to steal someone else's photos though. But I admit when I did play as a couple if we saw a couple profile with just photos of the man it screamed 'dreamer' x

The sad truth is, you won't please or appeal to everyone on here, nor will your profile or pics. In short, you can't do right for doing wrong. I personally don't mind the type of pics you describe, I have them myself. But not everyone will approve. Just do what you feel is right for you. And to hell with the naysayers.

It's your profile so you use it how you see fit. Personally I find action shots on a single guys account a massive turn off, especially if you see more of the woman than the guy. It doesn't prove you are a genuine swinger, it proves you have had sex, and I often wonder what percentage of these action pics have been posted with the agreement of the woman involved (yes I accept some will be with meets via Fab who are more than happy but when someone says they are new to the scene...) I want to see the guy I'm possibly thinking of playing with.

it can put me off, depends what is in the pic exactly.

some action pics will turn me on more so it can have the opposite effect too, again depends what they are.

also, just because someone has action pics doesn't mean they got permission off that lady to post them, neither could it be a meet with someone on this site.

i do think it's ok to include a few pics of you doing the things you like the most and what i would expect from a meet, but mostly pics should be of a single guy when it's a single guy profile.

i don't see any issues as long as there's nothing identifying about the female. We have pics of previous meets on our profile, though they are in private not public though we have always asked first

at the end of the day post what you like, for those that are offended ...well you weren't meant to hook up

And that for me is the key part. Nearly always it is the guy's cock only and nearly the full woman, or the woman's face.

"I've got photos of meets on my profile and they are there because I like them and it's my profile and I'll decide what goes on it or not. "

The only reason I would remove meet photos from my profile is if I wanted to (or if the other person in them asked me to). That being said, I also know I was in a photo on here without the profile holder asking my permission (I may still be for all I know but I blocked them so I can't tell) but I couldn't be bothered to report it since I don't think the photo will actually do them any good in terms of getting meets. I therefore don't assume that other people in photos consented to being in them when I see them in other profiles and if that's all the pics they have then I might move on. What I'm trying to say is that as part of a whole gallery the occasional one is fine as far as I'm concerned.

I agree. Actually, it's only the one in public and that's because it's a good photo and the lady is not identifiable.
