Avoid having sex with ladybirds.

The sexually transmitted disease is only transmitted to other ladybirds.

"What std are they infected with ? allsorts ?"

Good luck with that .

Apparently it's deadly to our native ladybirds

i had hundreds of them in my garden last year, not seen any this year at all sadly.

not seen much wildlife actually this year, apart from hedgehogs so maybe they've been eating all my insects?

Square spots! I've never seen that. In the seventies there was a plague of ladybirds and the air was literally thick with them, I remember walking along Brighton seafront unable to see properly because of them.

They're attracted to south facing white walls this time of year because of the warmth they absorb on sunny days.
