Since i had my heart attacks i have not been able to sustain an erection.

I have been told that i can not have medication to help with my libido problem due to this.

Any advice please as this is stopping me going on meets with people ( self aware of my problem )

have you discussed this with your GP? They are best placed to advise you.

An ex colleague's husband had the same problem and he used a pump.

Hope you find some good advice.

I guess you are on betablockers, I take those, one of the side effects is being unable to maintain an erection and loss of sexual libido. You could ask to be switched to a different betablocker and see if that helps. Some of the side effects are temporary also. XXX
